Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the third-party provider that operates the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those queries. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting systems keep routine logs such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time stamps. We use aggregated information to maintain the service and understand usage. Cookies or comparable technologies can support basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How Data Is Used
The limited information supports operating and repairing the service, measuring aggregate traffic, and improving reference pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services and Links
Links may lead to municipal, state, court, Registry, archive, library, and third-party search services. Their own privacy terms govern information provided after leaving this service. That includes sponsored search results supplied by another company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic data described above. Information is disclosed when valid legal process requires disclosure and not for unrelated purposes.
Security and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are kept only for the time needed for the stated purposes. No visitor account, password, or profile is maintained here.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted information, and we will remove it.
Your Privacy Requests
Depending on where a visitor lives, rights to access, correct, or delete site-held personal information may apply. The research did not verify an enacted comprehensive Massachusetts consumer-privacy statute, so no pending proposal is presented as law. Because this service retains very little, a request ordinarily involves the contact mailbox and relevant server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Massachusetts public records kept by a state, city, town, court, Registry, or library are outside our control and must be addressed to that custodian.
Policy Changes
Updates will be posted here. Continued use after a revised version is posted indicates acceptance of that version.
